The pre-IPO tokens Unlisted buys are issued by third parties, today PreStocks and Tessera. Unlisted Labs is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by those issuers or any company their tokens reference; names identify the tokens only. They give indirect economic exposure, not shares, and their issuer can freeze, pause or reclaim them. Check whether holding them is allowed where you live.

Nothing here is investment, legal or tax advice. Coins and pre-IPO tokens can lose all their value, liquidity can be thin, and payouts can be smaller, later or not happen at all.
